LUX Property Group Opens Waiting List for Final Beachfront Lots at Nesara Bay City

LUX Property Group has announced a waiting list for the few remaining beachfront lots in the Beachside Estate at Nesara Bay City, South Lombok.

The developer says it is resuming sales exclusively to existing clients and their direct referrals, with sales to the wider public scheduled to resume in 2027.

According to LUX Property Group, the estate occupies what it describes as the last and only beachfront area available for development for potentially the next five years. The company says this limited supply creates a premium for buyers able to secure one of the remaining beachfront properties.

“Beachfront land is limited, and we believe the scarcity of comparable development opportunities will underpin the value of these properties,” the company said.

LUX Property Group reports that a construction crew of almost 20 is already on site, carrying out civil works, road works and construction of the initial display villa. Construction activity is expected to ramp up in the first quarter of 2027.

Alongside its premium beachfront offerings, the developer says it has villas available from as little as $119,000, including options that can be built within a short timeframe. Prices extend to approximately $1.8 million for its premium beachside luxury mansions.
